Keeping 'fit' in all areas of life
Being a student is only one part of your life - an important part (especially if you have been able to study fulltime). At Morling, we want your study to fit into a holistic understanding of who you are as a person in relationship with God, others and the world. While you study, we also hope that you will grow and develop in all areas of life.

We want you to develop or maintain fitness in your:
- relationship with God; and
- relationship with yourself (your mental health and physical health); and
- relationships with family and friends; and
- relationships and ministries in your church community; and
- relationships and service in your neighbourhood; and
- connection to the creative - nature, art, music etc; and
- academic studies.
Just like in any fitness regime, sometimes you will be able to dedicate specific time to exercising in these areas (committing to regular and extended periods of time) and other times you need to be aware of and value the incidental exercise that might occur in a week (built up in small amounts over the day/week).
The following activity challenges you to consider how you might use the 168 hours you have in a week - and aims to help you set realistic goals for using your time.
